What happens when you make a proposal request?

When you request a proposal the first thing we do is verify and clarify your business and site goals. Without clearly defined goals any increase in effectiveness would be coincidental.

Once we have a clear set of goals we begin the process of re-defining your existing site to help you meet those goals using our five requirements for success. The result is a site map that shows the major site sections with the section purpose and preferred action defined. You will also receive a detailed proposal on what your new site will include and an estimate of the cost of the proposed work.

Types of proposals: Our goal is to provide what you need to create a successful site. To meet that goal we have developed three levels of site design services.

Planning Only: This services includes helping you plan and implement your web site. We provide a detailed site map of the site and a description of the content you need to include. We also provide ongoing consultation on the development. This service has a base cost plus an hourly rate for ongoing consultation. 

Basic Package: This plan includes everything in the Planning package plus the creation of the graphical look and feel of the site. We also provide the navigation plan and provide the primary design and development of the navigation for the home page and provide a template for all other pages. You provide all site content and graphics.

Complete: This service level means that we do everything from designing the site flow, creating all necessary content (based on the information you provide) write the copy arrange for photographs and original art and create a complete web site ready to go.
